How to make White Chocolate Frosting

  • Place ganache mix in a small saucepan with 100ml water and 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
  • Stir over a low heat until melted, then bring to the boil.
  • Boil, stirring, for 1 minute as the mixture becomes thick and shiny.
  • Refrigerate until cold, then beat with electric beaters to create a fluffy, mouse-style frosting.
