A great little vegan pantry staple that adds a pop of flavour to any dish. Caution: highly addictive.
VEGAN GLUTEN-FREE SUGAR-FREE
- 1 cup brazil nuts
- 1 slice gluten free bread
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a food processor and process to a medium course crumb. Transfer mixture to a fry pan and dry fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until golden. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
