How to make gluten free, plant based Protein Patties
- 1 cup Monica’s High Protein Patty Mix
- 1.5 cups water
- Place Protein Patty mix into a bowl
- Add water and stir to combine.
- Allow mixture to sit for 10 minutes
- Shape into patties or balls
- Heat oil in a pan and cook patties over moderate heat for 5 minutes, then flip and cook for 3 minutes.
